  • How long it takes: a few minutes · the sign-up window itself says you can sign up in a minute, and the job is filled in on four short screens.
  • What to prepare: your business details (for sign-up) and the job description: role, days and hours, workplace, offered monthly salary, threshold conditions and a contact person.

Step 1 of 10

Log in and sign up as an employer

Go to NETO.WORK and click the orange "Login / Sign up" button in the top bar. The "Welcome to NETO" window opens with two options: "New here? Sign up" · choose your track and click the orange "Employer" button; or "Already registered?" · existing clients click "Client login" and enter the existing account.

Good to know: make sure you choose "Employer" and not "Employee / Freelancer" · only an employer account gets the Recruit & Manage menu and job posting. As the window itself says, you can log in to your account or sign up in a minute.
Step 1 · Welcome to NETO window with the Employer sign-up button and Client login
2
Step 2 of 10

Complete registration and verify the account

The "Registration process" form opens. Fill in "Full Name", "Email", "Phone" and "Password", tick "I have read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and I agree to the terms of use" and click "Continue". The system then sends a verification code to the phone and email you entered · type the code in the verification field and confirm. From that moment the account is verified and you can enter the employer area.

Good to know: use an active email address and phone number, because the verification code is sent to both. No code? Use the resend link under the field, and check the spam folder and your SMS inbox. Already have an account? The "connection" button at the top of the form takes you to login.
Step 2 · Registration process form with Full Name, Email, Phone, Password and the Continue button

Step 3 of 10

Post New Job (Free)

In the side menu of the employer area open "Recruit & Manage" and choose "Post New Job (Free)". A four-screen wizard opens (Job Details · Business Hours · Salary and Conditions · Description And Details). On the first screen, "1. What?", you answer "What professional skills best define the job? Up to six roles." with the "Free Search" field, set "How many employees?", tick who "The job is also suitable for" (General, Youth, Pensioners, Foreign Workers, Freelancers) and choose the job type: "Long-Term Employee", "Temporary Employee" or "Shift Worker". Click "Continue".

Good to know: the same menu also holds "Recruitment and Onboarding", "Job History", "Candidate History" and "Employee Pool" · that is where you return after publishing. The more roles and suitable audiences you tick, the more accurate the system's matching. The top bar also offers "Instructional Video", "Support" and a "Transaction Cost Simulator".
Step 3 · Recruit and Manage menu and screen 1. What? in the Post New Job (Free) wizard

Step 4 of 10

When? Working days and hours

On screen "2. When?" you set the schedule: pick the "Work Start Date" in the calendar, tick the work days under "Choose the work days" (Sunday to Thursday, with Friday as a separate box), and choose between "Fixed Hours", "Flexible" or "Two Shifts". Drag the two markers on the hours bar to set the start and end time · the system calculates and shows how many hours a day that is (for example 8:00 to 16:00 = "8 Hours").

Good to know: at the bottom of the screen you set the overtime policy: "No Overtime", "Unlimited Overtime" or "Overtime with Special Approval" · decide in advance, because it is part of the conditions candidates see. Use "Previous" to go back and "Continue" to move on.
Step 4 · screen 2. When? with Work Start Date, work days, Fixed Hours and the hours bar

Step 5 of 10

Where and how much?

On screen "3. Where?" choose the workplace: "At my Place" (the company address), "Remote / Work From Home", or "The address where employees will report to work (if different from the employer's address)" · and type that address in the search field. On screen "4. How Many?" enter the monthly salary you offer for the position · the system notes it is confidential unless otherwise noted and used for match checking, that the salary is monthly, and you can tick "Minimum Wage". A "Salary Cost Breakdown" link shows the employer cost.

Good to know: three checkboxes define how the salary behaves: "I want candidates to see the salary I'm offering.", "Note that the monthly salary is final and not subject to negotiation. If you do not check, each employee can ask for as much as they want." and "You can give a bonus to suitable candidates."
Step 5 · screen 3. Where? and screen 4. How Many? with workplace options and offered monthly salary

Step 6 of 10

Job description and requirements

On the "Description And Details" screen write the "Job Title", the "Job Description" and the "Job Requirements and Work Environment Description" (required fields). Tick the "Threshold Conditions": "Experience" (for example "At least 3 years of experience"), "Language", "Diploma (degree, certification)", "Seniority" or "Other" · and you can require "Phone interview required" or "Agree to undergo a series of diagnostic and suitability tests (at the company's expense)". On the right, set "Risks" (No Risk / Yes), "Safety Requirements" (No Requirements / Yes), "Physical Difficulty (Out of 10)", the "Work Email Address" and the "Contact Name (Confidential)". Click "Start search" to publish.

Good to know: the "Confidential job" box hides the company name on the site · the system itself labels it "not recommended", because candidates respond better to an identified employer. There are also "Prefer employees from the pool / who have worked for me before" and "Willing to employ workers previously marked as not interested".
Step 6 · Description And Details screen: Job Title, Job Description, requirements, Threshold Conditions, Risks and Safety Requirements

Step 7 of 10

The job has been sent

When the wizard ends, "The job has been sent" screen appears: "At this very moment, your job offer has been sent to suitable candidates!" and "Among the candidates, we will filter the best for you". Immediately upon a new job application you receive an email alert · log in to the site to view candidate details, mark favorites, add comments on suitable ones and invite the best for an interview. The system adds: "We will accompany you until you successfully recruit the best-suited employee."

Good to know: the same screen has "Edit Job" and "Cancel Job" buttons and a "Viewing and editing on the job" link · you can fix details after publishing. At the top a counter shows "Viewed so far in the job X Candidates" with a link to more data and statistics, and a "Tips for a successful search" box suggests improving the business profile, raising the price, extending working hours and adding details.

Step 8 of 10

Receiving candidates and matches

Open "Recruitment and Onboarding" and pick the job from the "Job List" (you can "Search by Job Description/Number/Position/Job Status/Name"). Candidates are shown on a podium by rank, each with a match percentage (for example "49% Match") and the monthly salary they asked for ("Monthly NIS"), and above them · counters by status: "Candidates", "New", "Favorites", "Maybe.." and "Not Suitable". Click the profile icons or "View details" to scroll through the candidates, and "View Resume" to open the resume.

Good to know: the screen also shows "The candidate selection phase ends in: Days · Hours · min · Sec" · review the candidates in time. From here you continue to "Future Interviews", or "Cancel Job" if you have already hired.
Step 8 · Recruitment and Onboarding screen with the candidate podium and match percentages
9
Step 9 of 10

Review, filter and communicate

In the candidate card you see the profile ("Rating Percentage", "Ranked place", contact details and "Recently Viewed on the Site"), the "Full Employee Profile" and a "Download Resume" button. Filter with one click: "This Fits me Perfectly!", "Not suitable" or "Experience Absorption", and tag the candidate with time-saving tags ("I watched it", "Seems appropriate to me", "Referral check", "In the manager's inspection", "Summons for exams", "first interview", "Second interview", "Admission to work" · the tags are editable). Contact the candidate directly: "Chat With The Employee" or "Send email to the employee".

Good to know: the notes field ("Please provide your impressions of the candidate here") is confidential · only you can view it. The arrows on both sides move to the next candidate in the job's candidate list, and you can "Save as favorite" or "Share Resume via Email" with a partner or manager.
Step 9 · candidate card with resume, chat, email, tags and confidential notes
10
Step 10 of 10

Invite to an interview

For a suitable candidate click "Interview Scheduling". The form "Invite the candidate for an interview" opens with four fields: "On date" (calendar), "in the hour", "place" (address search) and "Notes" · for example the floor and who to ask for at the reception desk. Click "Send Invitation" and the candidate receives an email with the interview details.

Good to know: the form itself says an email will be sent and it is recommended to call at the same time. The tags you marked (for example I watched it, Seems appropriate to me, Summons for exams) stay on the card, so you see exactly which stage the candidate is at.

Tips for a job post that attracts candidates

The system does the matching · but your wording is what the candidate reads. Four short rules:

A clear titleAn accurate, familiar job title (the way a candidate would search for it), without slogans. "Maintenance manager for a factory" works better than "A star for the winning team".
A visible salary raises responseTicking "I want candidates to see the salary I'm offering." saves candidates guessing and brings more relevant applications.
Short threshold conditionsTick only what really filters: experience, language or a required certificate. A long list of requirements scares away good candidates.
Exact days, hours and locationCandidates decide by when and where · work days, hours, shifts and the overtime policy should be accurate already in the posting.
