NETO's job board is free for candidates, with two ways in: browse the open positions, or leave your details once and let matching roles find you. Whoever hires you through NETO employs you as a salaried worker · a lawful monthly payslip, income tax and national insurance deducted and reported, and every right the law gives you. Under Israel's mandatory pension order 18.5% of gross goes into a fund in your name · 6% from you and 12.5% from the employer. Listings are written in Hebrew by the employers; roles suited to English speakers are gathered separately.

Around 480 live positions with a salary range on every one. The listings themselves are written in Hebrew by the employers, so a translation tool helps, and the filters and the matching work whatever language you read.

Roles suited to English speakers

Some employers specifically need English, or are open to workers arriving from abroad. Those positions are gathered separately.

What "employed through NETO" actually means

This is the part that matters most if you are coming from abroad, because it decides whether you are protected here.

1
You are an employee, not a contractor

You get a lawful Israeli payslip every month. Income tax and national insurance are deducted and reported for you, so nothing is left for you to settle later.

2
Pension and severance accrue from day one

Under Israel's mandatory pension order, 18.5% of your gross salary goes into a fund in your name: 6% from you and 12.5% from the employer. It is your money.

3
Full social rights

Paid holiday, sick leave, recuperation pay, travel allowance and everything else Israeli labour law provides. These are not negotiable extras; they are the law.

4
You do not open a business

You need no Israeli company and no VAT file to be paid. That matters most for people arriving from abroad, for whom opening a business here is slow and expensive.

Questions and answers

Can I work in Israel if I am not an Israeli citizen?

Only if you hold a valid work permit or a visa that allows employment in Israel. NETO employs people who are legally permitted to work here, and cannot arrange permits or visas. If you already have the right to work, everything on this page applies to you exactly as it does to an Israeli citizen.

Do I need to open a business to be paid?

No. You are employed as a salaried worker and receive a payslip. No Israeli company, no VAT file and no accountant are needed.

The job listings are in Hebrew. Can I still apply?

Yes. The listings are written by the employers, so most are in Hebrew, but the application itself can be completed in English and you can upload a CV in English. Some employers specifically want English speakers, and those roles are gathered here.

Does it cost me anything?

Nothing. Candidates never pay. NETO is paid by the employer for running the employment and the payroll.

Who is my employer?

NETO employs you and issues your payslip, while you work at the company that hired you. That is what an Employer of Record does, and it is what lets a company employ you lawfully without you opening anything.

How do I remove my details?

Write to neto@neto.work and we will delete them. We keep candidate details for at most 180 days in any case.

Last updated: 13 August 2026. NETO has employed people and issued payslips in Israel since 2016 under manpower contractor licence 1565.

Please note: this page provides general information and is not legal or immigration advice. Employment in Israel requires the legal right to work here. The binding texts are Israeli labour law and the authorities' instructions.

Hiring in Israel instead?

Post a position free, or employ someone in Israel without opening a local entity. We handle the payslips, the deductions and the reporting.
