What is JOAI?
JOAI (Job AI) is NETO's AI search agent on the main board: you write one free sentence · like a role, an area and a minimum salary · and JOAI turns it into applied filters with the leftover words used as keywords. It runs a free local parser first and uses the AI model only when needed.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Browsing, joining the candidate pool and applying are completely free for candidates · and posting a job is free for employers.
What does “employed through NETO” mean?
NETO is a licensed Israeli manpower contractor (license no. 1565): it employs you lawfully, issues an Israeli payslip with full social rights, and handles the taxes and reporting · while you work with the client that picked you.
I joined the pool · what happens next?
