Hired through NETO · what do you do now?

Congratulations! From here on, NETO is your formal employer, and your salary arrives on a proper payslip with full benefits. Seven simple steps · from your first login to your payslip. We walk you through every one of them.

Log in to the system

NETO sent you a message with a personal link to your worker area. Log in through the link · and land straight in your account, no complicated passwords.

Good to know: you can switch languages at any moment with the language button in the corner of the screen. Can't find the message? Check spam and SMS too · or contact support.

Get to know the dashboard

After logging in you see the dashboard: process cards (job acceptance, issuing an invoice, job search), a profile-completion bar, and a side menu with the tabs · Active Jobs, Job Offers, Forms and Payments, Messages and Personal Details.

Good to know: the "Register as an Employee for Permanent Placement" card gathers all the onboarding steps · you can click it and move forward directly from there.

Fill out Form 101 (employee card)

In the Personal Details menu, open Form 101. This is the employee card every salaried worker in Israel fills out · the taxes on your payslip are calculated from the details in it. Fill in your personal details, spouse and children, and confirm.

Good to know: if you have another workplace, mark it on the form · it affects the tax calculation. The form is filled out again at the start of every year.

Enter your bank account and pension details

On the "Bank Details" screen, choose your preferred payment method and enter the bank, branch, account number and account holder's name · so we know where to deposit your salary. On the same screen you can also report or change a pension fund.

Good to know: you can always come back and change your choice · the details are saved with the Save button.

Approve the policy

A short but important step: approve the site policy and the terms of use. It is one of the five onboarding steps shown on the registration card on the dashboard · and without it the hiring process cannot be completed.

Good to know: it is worth reading · the policy regulates the relationship between you, NETO as the formal employer, and the actual workplace.

Report attendance

Open the Active Jobs tab and choose Attendance Log. It shows a detailed attendance report of all the hours worked in each month · and your salary is calculated from it.

Good to know: attendance reporting is mandatory · this is how we make sure your rights are protected and every hour is recorded and paid.

Contract, forms and payslips · all in one place

The side menu gathers all your documents: Payslips shows your monthly payslips, Contracts holds the agreements and appendices, and the Forms and Payments tab holds additional forms.

Good to know: contracts can be filtered by employer name, by date or with free search · and saved and printed at any moment.

Who is my formal employer when working through NETO?
NETO is your formal employer, under manpower licence No. 1565 from the Ministry of Labor. You receive a proper payslip with the full social benefits required by law. Licence details and verification.
What is Form 101 and why is it mandatory?
Form 101 is the employee card that every salaried worker in Israel fills out at the start of employment and every year. The taxes on your payslip are calculated from the details in it. You fill it out online inside the system, in the Personal Details menu.
Why is attendance reporting important and where do I do it?
