The role includes:
Providing technical support for the company's products to customers and partners
Handling issues, guiding and implementing solutions
Working with technical teams and suppliers
Field visits for meetings, training sessions, and customer support as needed
Scope of the position:
About 60% office work
About 40% field work (as needed)
Sunday-Thursday, 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00
There is remote on-call duty shared among all the support and systems staff, from home, in the evenings and on weekends
This is only for emergencies
