Ready to start your Israeli career with NETO?

What is Neto? NETO is an automated employment platform. We have gathered everything related to employment in one place: recruitment and hiring processes, payroll management, employee and employer relations, and invoicing against freelancers. Almost all processes in this digital system are automated. The NETO platform ensures full compliance with Israeli labor law and employment regulations.

Both! NETO operates as both a staffing company and a placement (recruitment) agency. What makes us unique is the combination of the two — we accompany clients from the initial job search all the way through to payment processing. NETO operates on a staffing company platform to ensure that the entire employment process is legally compliant from day one.

Absolutely yes — and even more. NETO pre-calculates all vacation days, sick days, holidays, and other benefits you are entitled to by law, and pays you accordingly based on your actual working percentage. Pension fund contributions and severance pay are allocated legally to your pension fund. NETO can employ workers for up to 9 months, after which workers may become direct assets of the employer company.

NETO is updated in real time with new job listings posted by employers on an ongoing basis. Please note: if you are not receiving enough job offers, the system will notify you of the reason — for example, “You need to expand your availability hours” or “Consider adjusting your salary expectations.” This is all designed to help you find the most profitable and suitable job as quickly as possible.

Yes! Once an employee is approved for a job position, both parties can communicate directly through the built-in NETO chat system — before any contract is finalized.

NETO’s algorithm calculates each employee’s score based on multiple factors: availability, geographic location, and salary expectations. This rating is then processed through a highly sophisticated proprietary algorithm to match you with the best-fitting job opportunities.

All types! NETO covers part-time, temporary, and long-term positions across various industries. We handle everything from short-term assignments to ongoing employment — with long-term continuation managed directly between you and the employer.

The “Authorized User” feature is designed for managers who oversee multiple store locations or branches. It allows them to delegate financial authority to branch managers, with the option to set a maximum budget per branch.

At the end of each employment process, the employer has the opportunity to rate the employee on key criteria such as reliability, quality of work, punctuality, and more. This mutual rating system helps maintain high standards across the NETO platform.

Yes. Once every six months, the system allows you to reset your rating score — giving you the opportunity to rebuild your professional image and start fresh with a clean slate.

Yes. Before dismissing any employee — including temporary workers — an employer is legally required to conduct a pre-dismissal hearing. Although the hearing requirement is not explicitly written in law, it was established through Israeli court rulings and has become standard legal practice. The employer must invite the employee, present the reasons for dismissal, and allow the employee to respond and defend their position. The employer must then issue a written response the following day. When NETO is involved as an employer of record (EOR), NETO handles the entire hearing process.

When NETO acts as the employer of record, NETO takes full responsibility for the entire dismissal process — including the pre-dismissal hearing. This ensures full legal compliance and protects both the worker and the client company.

‘NETO’ allows you to choose the desired salary level. But put ♥ This will have an impact on the employer’s rating level.

The option is aimed at managers with a chain of stores/branches who are interested in transferring financial authority to the branch manager. The manager has the option of setting the maximum budget for each branch.

For the benefit of all of us, at the end of the entire employment process, the employer is given the option of rating an employee such as: reliability, quality of work, compliance, punctuality, and more.

Every six months, the system allows you to reset your rating and create a better image for yourself.

Yes, moderation must be handled for a Factory Employee.
Also, working time — a hearing must take place before termination.
The law exists, but it is expressed in different sentences and sometimes reversed. For example:
Work – termination.
This is so that the employee can respond and defend himself.
The business will follow the protocol and respond immediately.
The worker will receive compensation for the damage caused to him by the employer.

NETO is involved in the business, and when it launches, the contractor connects a person with the employee.
It is only applicable to you.

‘NETO’ carries out the entire dismissal process with the employee, including the hearing process.
