The website https://www.neto.work (“the Website”) and https://neto.live (the NETO system website), as well as both the Google Play and App Store applications (collectively: “the Application”), are operated by: Berkat I.T. Ltd. – NETO, Company Registration No. 515486058.

All language in this document is used for convenience only and applies equally to all genders. All references to singular also apply to plural. The company respects your privacy and works to protect your information.
Use of the Platform is subject to NETO’s Privacy Policy. Browsing, registration, or any other use of the Platform – including consumption of company services – is subject to these privacy policy terms, which may be updated from time to time, as well as the Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy is in addition to any agreement entered into between you and the company.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you will have no claims regarding the company’s Privacy Policy. If you have objections, you may disconnect and contact the Information Security Officer in writing.

Consent to Provide Information
You are not legally required to provide information about yourself. However, the company may be unable to provide some or all of its services, or contact you about those services, without collecting information about you. If you do not wish to provide information, please do not use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you expressly consent to providing information to the company and to this Privacy Policy, and to the fact that all or part of the information provided will be stored in the company’s databases and may be transferred to third parties in accordance with this policy.
During your use of the Platform, you or others may provide information and/or content about you, including information in the following categories:
- Personal details for creating a user account upon registration: name, gender, age, address, email, phone number, ID number, current position, education, professional training, employment history, CV, and references from previous employers.
- Third-party information provided to us on your behalf or with your authorization as part of service delivery – such as employers, job postings, and job applications within the system.
- Service-related information required to provide requested services, including employment relationship information: employment terms, rights, work reports (attendance, leave, illness, etc.), and platform correspondence.
- Financial information: pension fund details, payment details, and bank account information.
- Legally required information: information required by law, regulatory authorities, enforcement bodies, or insurance companies.
- Usage data: information about your use of the Platform, including actions taken, information submitted through the Platform, and browsing interests.
- Communication data: information collected through your communications with us across various channels.
- Statistical data: non-personally identifying statistics (e.g., pages viewed, browser type, etc.).
Use of Information
The company will use the information collected about you for the following purposes:
- To allow you to use the company’s services (including in connection with your employment) and to allow the company to provide those services.
- To create your profile on the Platform and collect and transfer information to or from third parties as part of service delivery.
- To enforce the Terms of Use in relation to service consumption.
- Marketing and promotional communications – to offer promotions and activities. You may request removal from such communications at any time by sending a written notice to the company’s email or by clicking the unsubscribe button in any such message.
- To improve and enhance your use of the Platform and the company’s services. Data used for this purpose will primarily be statistical and non-personally identifying.
- To analyze and share non-personally identifying information with third parties (e.g., browser type, device type, location, referring pages).
Transfer of Information to Third Parties
The company will not transfer to third parties information collected in connection with your use of the Platform, except in the following circumstances:
- To provide the company’s services, the company may share part or all of the information collected about you with employees, contractors, external service providers (e.g., cloud providers), and business partners.
- When you authorize the transfer – for example, when submitting a job application through the Platform, your CV will be forwarded to the relevant employer; employment-related details may also be shared with government authorities and insurance bodies.
- For the purpose of contacting the user.
- When the information does not personally identify you.
- When you violate the law or a court order requires disclosure.
- When there is a legal obligation to provide information to government or enforcement authorities.
- In the event of a merger, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the company – the acquiring party will be required to comply with this Privacy Policy unless the company notifies you otherwise in advance and in writing.
Data Security and User Responsibility
The company works to protect the security of the information collected about you, thereby reducing the risk of data leakage or unauthorized use. However, the company’s actions do not guarantee that information about you will not leak or be misused – for example, due to a system breach or unauthorized disclosure of your password by a third party.
You are also required to take steps to protect your information on the Platform, including:
- Installing appropriate protective software and security measures on every device used to access the Platform (mobile, tablet, computer, etc.).
- Keeping your password in a secure location, choosing a password that is not easily guessable, and changing it at least every six months.
- Deleting passwords from channels you no longer use to access the Platform.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk. The company bears no responsibility for any damage caused to you as a result of unauthorized access, breach, or theft of information from its databases or Platform.
Update to Privacy Policy in Accordance with Amendment No. 13 to the Privacy Protection Law
1. Types of Information Collected
When you use the NETO website and system, we may collect the following information:
- Personal details: first and last name, ID number, date of birth, gender.
- Contact details: home address, phone number, email address.
- Professional details: CV, areas of work, employment preferences.
- Payment and salary details: information for payslip generation, invoices, bank account details.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, website usage data.
- Support records: call recordings, written correspondence (when required for service documentation).
- Sensitive information: where provided for the realization of social rights or as required by law.
2. Purposes of Information Use
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, employees, and freelancers.
- Generating payslips, invoices, forms, and reports for government authorities.
- Providing legal and accounting services in accordance with agreements.
- Complying with legal requirements, including reporting to tax and social security authorities.
- Improving services, technical support, statistical analysis, and personalization.
- Fraud prevention and user data security.
- AI-driven automation and smart matching of workers to opportunities (2026 update).
3. Data Security, Processing, Access, and Retention
We operate in accordance with legal requirements, including the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security) 5777–2017. The company holds information security certification.
- All data is stored in secure systems in Israel and/or Europe, used only as necessary.
- Access to data is restricted to authorized employees only, based on role permissions.
- Data is retained for as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law, after which it is permanently deleted or anonymized.
The company maintains formal security processes including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access logs, sensitive data classification, encryption at rest and in transit, and encrypted backup maintenance. Regular penetration testing and periodic security audits are conducted. In the event of any data security incident, the company will activate an Incident Response process including immediate notification to users and relevant authorities.
4. User Rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, every person is entitled to:
- Review the information stored about them in our systems.
- Request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- Request deletion of information when it is no longer needed for the defined purposes.
- Object to the processing of personal information for marketing purposes.
- Submit a complaint to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice if they have been harmed.

Cookies
The Platform uses cookies (files created by your use of the Platform and stored on your device’s memory) for several purposes, including: the normal and proper operation of the Platform, collecting statistical data about you, verifying details, personalizing the Platform to your preferences, monitoring browsing habits and activity, and for information security purposes.
If you do not want your device to store cookies, you can configure your browser to refuse all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being sent. However, certain features or services on the Platform may not function properly without cookies. You may also delete stored cookies from your device at any time.
Right to Access and Request Removal
You, personally or through a representative or guardian, are entitled to review and inspect the information collected about you held in the company’s database. If you find that the information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, you may – and should – contact the database owner to request correction or deletion.
If the database owner refuses to fulfill this request, they must notify you in the manner prescribed by the regulations. You may appeal the refusal to a Magistrate’s Court in accordance with applicable law.
Under the Privacy Protection Law 5741–1981, if the information in the company’s database is used to contact you personally based on your membership in a population group, you are entitled to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database. The company will delete information used solely for such commercial outreach; information required for business administration purposes will continue to be retained in accordance with the law but will no longer be used for direct contact.
If within 30 days you do not receive confirmation that the requested information has been deleted, you may apply to a Magistrate’s Court to order the company to comply. The company may, however, retain certain information as required by applicable law or for legitimate business reasons.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
The operator may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and you accept the policy and any such changes. It is recommended that you periodically review the Privacy Policy terms. If material changes are made to provisions concerning the use of personal information you have provided, notice will be published on the Platform and/or by email or other means.
Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this agreement shall be vested in a court in Tel Aviv. Without derogating from the above or from applicable law, the company shall be entitled to immediately and unilaterally terminate service provision under this agreement without prior notice.

A: NETO shares your data only to the extent necessary for service delivery – for example, sharing your CV with a prospective employer when you apply for a job, or reporting to tax and social security authorities as required by law. We do not sell your data to external parties.

A: We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver our services, meet our legal obligations (e.g., payroll records must be kept for a minimum period under Israeli law), and resolve disputes. Once data is no longer needed, it is permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with secure data destruction procedures.
Q: What happens to my data if NETO is acquired or merges with another company?
A: In the event of a merger, restructuring, or sale of NETO’s business, the acquiring entity will be required to honor this Privacy Policy. You will be notified in advance and in writing if your data is to be treated differently under a new privacy policy.
